Oops, I made a mistake on my order. How do I update the order? - Send an email ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org to correct an order and write ORDER UPDATE in the subject line. Once and order has been processed with our supplier, we cannot change or cancel the order. After an order is received it is reviewed and sent to our suppliers within 24 hours.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM? Many of our specialty items are shipped from countries such as UK, China, Canada and Hong Kong. All custom print products are printed and shipped from US-based suppliers.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? In some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, your orders have a 100% delivery guarantee. Please see below for details
IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED? So if for some reason you don’t receive your order within the time frame specified above, send us an email and we’ll issue either a refund or send a free replacement. If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim to not have received it, we will offer a replacement (at our discretion, on a case to case basis)
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID? When shipping items from international suppliers, it takes several days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS website.
